It was a great family run hotel perfectly set in the central area. The fact that Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station was some 5 minutes away was a plus. Had cosy standard triple room with chairs on patio, patio, as example.

The place was clean, everyone was welcoming and nice, the breakfast was incredibly nice and excellent with plenty of food and cool drinks, making it a really great holiday that I didn't want to leave.

It has modern fine rooms, that come with patio and view of mountains, as for instance. Thank you for a fine stay.

It was modern, fine and with view of mountains. Had an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV. The service was terrific, totally satisfied. The hotel was perfectly placed.

We stayed at Feichter Hotel & Bistro for a few nights during our family vacation. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and we were impressed by the cleanliness and modern look of the room and bathroom. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town and just a short walk from the train station. The breakfast at the beautiful restaurant was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We were pleasantly surprised to receive the SudTirol card, which allowed us free entry to attractions like the cable car and Ötzi museum.

Strongly recommend this hotel.
